Nature Walk & Classroom Visit Request/Scholarship Form

To request an Alton Baker Park Nature Walk Field Trip (including joint field trips with the Eugene Science Center) and/or a Classroom Naturalist visit, please provide the relevant information below. We will get back to you by email and/or phone soon. If you are requesting programs for multiple teachers, please include information for all teachers.

If none of your requested dates are available, we will contact you for more options. Final confirmation and preparation instructions will be provided via email.

Scholarships: For scholarship assistance, please fill out the relevant sections below. Priority will go to Title I schools, however, funding will also take into consideration our commitment to serving a diversity of schools, districts, and grades.

NEW -- Pilot Neighborhood Parks Discovery Program: If you are interested in a guided nature adventure (one class at a time) in a park/natural area within walking distance of your school, click here. This program will be offered to a limited number of schools this fall and scheduling will depend upon the feasibility of your location and the availability of our staff.

For Spring 2019, please provide four possible field trip dates between April 19 and the end of the school year.
Please check your choice of field trips. Note that Learnscape Adventure is limited to one class (approx 30 kids) per day. See full descriptions on main Programs page.

Check the 2-3 programs that interest you most. Program availability varies from season to season. Note there is an additional charge for classroom visits.
For Spring 2019, most visits will happen January-March. Provide here general info about your preferred days of the week and times of day. Our staff will call you to make specific arrangements.

Please check the program/s for which you would like to request aid. Both partial and full scholarships may be offered. Note that Springfield and Bethel teachers have access to additional financial assistance via District EWEB grants (Springfield for fees/transport and Bethel for transport). We encourage you to take advantage of this additional generous support.
